Self love is important because it is the foundation for a healthy relationship with oneself, which impacts all areas of life, including mental health, relationships, and personal fulfilment. It is a critical component of well-being and is necessary for achieving a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful.

This FREE 3-Day Self-Love Commitment Workshop is for all ages and genders, and will help oneself find peace within! It is an online program that will be happening live over Zoom on March 20-22 every 7pm Sydney time, and recordings will be available in our community group afterwards. 

There will be interactive discussions, valuable lessons, helpful strategies, and a lot of takeaways in this FREE workshop facilitated by NLP Coach and Practitioner, yours truly, Helen Uskovic.
