I know that one thing that sets me back is being disorganised and unprepared. Whenever I’m trying to reach a health and fitness goal, I find that having a simple system to follow really helps me succeed.

 

And one thing that has helped is:

  1. Understanding what needs to be done
  2. Doing what needs to be done

 

Why Do I Need This?

I discovered that there needed to be a step in between 1 and 2 because there was a reason I kept giving up. And that reason was I needed to create a habit instead of relying on motivation alone. Think about it. If you wake up demotivated you can’t just toss your goals out the window! (I did that so many times and was so sick of it!) You need to have your healthy habits ingrained into your soul so deep that they become second nature.

 

That’s why I created this beautiful tool for you to have, forever.

What is it?

It’s the Hol Health Weekly Planner. I’ve actually attached 4 weeks worth to make sure you can organise each month in advance if you choose to.

 

I have included an information sheet that will show you my fitness formula, my nutrition rules, and my recovery tips so that you can formulate a BRILLIANT plan for yourself.

 

Remember the saying: if you fail to plan, you’re planning to fail.

 

How Do I Use It?

It’s very simple. Print out these beautiful pages and fill them out according to the info sheet.

 

Tip 1: buy a beautiful pencil and write each week's plan in pencil in case you need to adjust something

 

Tip 2: laminate each weekly planner and use a slim white board marker to write your schedule and rub it out each month

 

Tip 3: stick or blu tac the planner somewhere you will see it each day I hope you love this planner as much as I loved creating it!
